Let's go baby is a brand of the company Let's go baby Lda., limited company, with VAT number 514867450, based in Avenida da República nº 110, 2º direito, 1495-109 Algés, Portugal, a company dedicated to rent personal use and domestic items via e-commerce, other consultancy activities for business and management and other consultancy activities (www.letsgobaby.pt). 

    OVERVIEW

    This website is operated by Let's go baby. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Let's go baby and the terms "you", "client", "customer", "user" referes to the person who uses our Services. Let's go baby offers this website (including all information, tools, products and services) to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

        By visiting our site and/ or purchasing or renting something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

        Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services.

        Our site and store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell and rent our products and Services to you.

        GENERAL CONDITIONS

        We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

        The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

        PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

        The rental service presented constitutes the supply of products and materials during a specific period of time and refers to all products that can be rented on our website and is subject to our stock availability and to our delivery and pickup team. 

        All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, except if the order was already placed by the client and confirmed by Let's go baby. 

        We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

        Rented products are intended for use within our operating area. The transportation of products outside of Lisbon, including by plane, is only allowed if the items are cabin-approved or can be kept with the family during the flight / the trip. Let's go baby does not offer support, replacement or assistance outside of its operating area, including in case of issues or damages during use. 

        PERSONAL INFORMATION

        ORDERS

        The order on our site can be placed 2 days in advance. Within that 2 days period, the order must be made by e-mail or WhatsApp and it’s subject to products availability and to our delivery and pickup team. 

        Let's go baby defined the following rental periods: 

        • 1-3 days
        • 4-7 days
        • 8-14 days
        • 15-21 days
        • 21-28 days

        The client enters the site, selects the product(s), indicates the rental dates, goes to check-out, fills the personal details, chooses the delivery and pickup area and completes the payment of the rental products and, if applicable, the delivery and pickup fee. 

        After this, the customer receives a confirmation e-mail of the order and Let's go baby starts the order process by contacting the client by e-mail or by WhatsApp requesting a time window for the team to do the delivery at the address or, in case of the delivery to be at Lisbon airport, the estimated time of arrival, flight number and airline.

        You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information information for all purchases and rentals made at our store.

        Let's go baby does not verify whether the flight number provided matches the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for that specific day. We only use this information to track your flight a few hours before the scheduled delivery. 

        You agree to promptly contact us if you need to update your personal details, delivery or collection address, delivery and/or pick-up time or any other information that allow Let’s go baby to provide the Service.

        PRICES AND PAYMENTS

        Prices are presented in Euros (€ - EUR) and include VAT at the applicable rate in force. 

        Delivery and pickup areas and respective fees are displayed on the checkout page after selecting the products and indicating the rental dates:

        • Warehouse: Rua General Ferreira Martins, 7, 1495-149 Algés, Lisbon - free
        • Area between Caxias and Parede - 15.00€
        • Lisbon city - 19.50€
        • Lisbon airport - 24.50€
        • Cascais & Sintra - 25.50€
        • Almada & Costa da Caparica - 34.50€
        • Mafra & Ericeira - 35.50€

        Deliveries and collections between 00:00 AM and 06:00 AM have an additional fee of 50€.

        There are three payment methods:

        • Credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay)
        • Wire/bank transfer
        • MBWay

        Payments must be always completed before using the service. When the payment is done by wire/bank transfer, Let's go baby does not assume the cost of international transactions neither from Let's go baby's bank nor from the client's bank, being these costs responsibility of the client. In the case of payment by credit card, Let's go baby assumes the transaction costs of the financial providers with whom we work: Stripe, Shopify Payments and Revolut. 

        MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES 

        If the product the client has ordered is not available for external and reasons beyond Let's go baby, we will let you know and will try to deliver a product with similar characteristics. 

        The prices of products are subject to changes without previous notice. Let's go baby reserves the right to change or discontinue, at any moment, products or part of its content, always with previous notice. 

        We are not responsible to the client or any third party for any interruption or discontinuation of products or services. 

        PICKUP/DELIVERY, RETURN/COLLECTION AND ASSISTANCE

        The renting period starts on the day that Let's go baby makes available and delivers the product to the client and ends when Let's go baby collects the product from the client.

        Our operating area covers Lisbon city and the surrounding areas, as presented on the checkout page. We guarantee deliveries, pickups and assistance within this area. 

        Delivery and pickup date and time window of the product(s) are agreed between Let's go baby and the client. For deliveries at hotels or local accommodation, the client must provide a time window of at least 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery and for pickup. For deliveries at Lisbon Airport (LIS), if you’re arriving from inside the Schengen area, Let’s go baby will be in the airport area (not inside, but nearby) 40 minutes after landing. If you’re arriving from outside the Schengen area, Let’s go baby will be in the area 60 minutes after landing. To help us coordinate perfectly, please send us a message on WhatsApp: after you pass immigration (if applicable), once you’ve collected your luggage, and if there’s any delay - for example, if you can’t find your luggage or something unexpected happens. For pickups at Lisbon Airport (LIS), we'll require your estimated time of departure (ETD) in advance so we can be there exactly when you need us.

        If the delivery location is different from the pickup location (and vice versa), the client must inform Let's go baby in advance. The new pickup location can never be out of our operating area.

        If the client is not at the address and time agreed, Let's go baby will try to contact the client to schedule a new day and/or a new time. For each extra day, it will be charged one more renting day and an extra displacement fee.

        The product will be delivered in perfect conditions and, when necessary, inside the appropriate packaging.

        When Let's go baby delivers the product, the client must verify the material and confirm that it works correctly and is in perfect condition to the purpose to which it was rented. If the product is not in perfect condition or does not match the material the client asked for, the client should inform Let's go baby so that the product is replaced. If the product is received by the client without objections, Let's go baby considers that the product was delivered in perfect conditions.

        Let's go baby reserves the right not to be able to deliver the material on the day and time agreed. Strikes, extreme weather conditions, government regulations or any other circumstances beyond Let's go baby’s control are safeguarded, and Let's go baby cannot be held responsible. 

        PRODUCT USE AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY 

        The client is solely responsible for the proper use, care and installation of rented products, in compliance with the provided instructions. 

        Lending or sub-renting Let's go baby products to third parties is strictly prohibited.

        Products must be returned in the same condition as rented, excluding normal wear and tear. Let's go baby reserves the right to determine if damages are due to normal use or misuse.

        In case of misuse, negligence, theft or loss, the client is liable for repair costs (if possible) or full replacement value. 

        All our car seats are EU-homologated and meet the required safety standards. Some models are i-Size compliant and, in theory, should be compatible with all vehicles equipped with the i-Size system. However, Let's go baby cannot guarantee perfect fit or compatibility in every case, including but not limited to rented cars, private vehicles or ridesharing services.

        We make every effort to provide accurate and detailed information about each product, including weight and height limits, dimensions, and usage guidelines. Nonetheless, it remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product is suitable for their specific needs, vehicle or accommodation setup. 

        This also applies to other equipment such as bed rails and travel chairs, which are designed for standard configurations but may not fit securely or function properly on all bed types, dining chairs, or surfaces. We are happy to provide guidance when possible, but Let's go baby cannot be held liable if a product does not fit or perform as expected in a particular environment.

        DAMAGE, LOSS AND LIABILITY  

        If a product is damaged or lost, the client must notify Let's go baby immediately.

        Let's go baby accepts small damages resulting from normal use but does not cover damages caused by improper handling or accidents. 

        Let's go baby is not liable for injuries, accidents or damages resulting from improper product use. The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring the safe use of rented equipment. 

        LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

        Let's go baby’s liability is strictly limited to the rental fees paid for the product. 

        Under no circumstances will Let's go baby be held responsible for indirect damages or losses caused by the rented products. 

        CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS || CANCELAMENTOS, DEVOLUÇÕES E REEMBOLSOS

        Clients can cancel up to 24 hours before the beginning of the rental period with a refund of the total rental amount and delivery and collection fee, but the financial providers taxes (Shopify Payments, Stripe, Revolut, among others) and administrative taxes charged for the original payment are non-refundable (10% of the full amount). The refund will take between 5 to 15 working days to arrive to the client's bank account.

        If the order is cancelled within 24h, there will be no refund and it will be charged 100% of the total amount.

        Returns are accepted ahead of time. If the customer wishes to return just one product and continues with the others, an extra collection fee will be charged and the amount corresponding to that rental product is not refunded. If the customer wishes to return all products before the end of the rental period, there will be no refund.

        Exchanges are accept. Our rental products may have limited quantities so please be aware that if you wish to exchange a product for another, you must first check if the new product is available.

        GOVERNING LAW

        These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. 

        CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

        You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.

        We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service any time without notice. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
