Refund policy

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before the rental period begins and receive a full refund of the rental amount, including delivery and collection fees. However, any fees charged by financial providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, Revolut, and others) and administrative fees (10% of the total amount) are non-refundable. Please note that the refund may take 5 to 10 working days to be processed and credited to your bank account.

Late cancellations
If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of the rental period, no refund will be issued and the full amount will be charged.

Returns
Returns are accepted in advance of the rental period’s end. If you wish to return a single product while keeping the others, an additional collection fee will apply and the rental fee for the returned product will not be refunded. If all products are returned early, no refund will be provided.

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible, subject to availability. As our rental products have limited stock, please confirm the availability of the desired replacement product before requesting an exchange.

Delivery and collection
The time and place for the delivery and collection of products must be arranged and confirmed between you and Let's go baby.
