Shipping policy

At Let's go baby, we personally handle all deliveries and pickups - we do not use third-party services such as TVDE (Uber, Bolt, etc.) or taxis. Our team ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience, coordinating directly with you.

How it works:

Once your order is placed and the payment is completed, we will contact you via email to arrange the details:

  • Lisbon airport: We’ll request your flight details (flight number, airline, ETA and ETD) and provide clear instructions about the meeting point at Lisbon Airport Arrivals.
  • Warehouse pickup: We’ll share our exact address, including a Google Maps link and entrance photos and request your estimated pickup time.
  • Lisbon city & other locations: We’ll confirm your estimated time of arrival, request your flight details (if applicable) and coordinate a suitable time window for delivery.

Delivery & pickup timing:

  • We deliver and collect at the time that best suits you. Simply let us know your preferred time when booking.
  • Same-day deliveries are possible but require availability confirmation from our team.

Advance booking & payment:

  • All deliveries and pickups must be booked in advance and require payment upfront.
  • Same-day and last-minute deliveries require availability confirmation from our team before booking and may require adjustments based on our schedule. We will always do our best but the delivery may not always be seamless.

Changes & adjustments:

  • If you need to modify your delivery or pickup details, contact our team as soon as possible.
  • We will always do our best to accommodate changes but adjustments depend on our schedule and may not always be seamless.

Delivery & pickup fees:

  • Fees vary depending on the location selected. The total cost will be confirmed upon booking.

  • Deliveries and collections between 00:00 AM and 06:00 AM have an additional fee of 50€.

If you are late:

  • If you are delayed, you must contact us as soon as possible to update us on the situation.

Unforeseen events and responsibility:

Strikes, extreme weather conditions, government regulations or any other circumstances beyond Let's go baby’s control are safeguarded, and Let's go baby cannot be held responsible.
